‘Never Stop Waiting for You’ EP from The Rebel Scientist

A session guitarist who has travelled the world playing music, The Rebel Scientist is clearly a very talented musician. His primary instrument, the guitar, has seen him play in some of the finest venues around the world – including huge arenas and football stadiums alongside the likes of Westlife and Charlotte Church.

It takes a special talent to reach that level, in an industry which is so difficult to be a success in. And now, The Rebel Scientist has transported that talent to the production of his new four song EP.

Each song features a different vocalist, giving each a different feel to the last. Two strands pull it all together however – the quality of the production, and the excellent placement of those moments of guitar where the Rebel Scientist shines.

Natalie Indya West & Sunny Andrea team up for Bolly-pop single ‘Goddess’

I’m not sure whether ‘Bolly-pop’ is an actual genre of music, but based on the new single by Natalie Indya West and featuring Sunny Andrea on vocals it should be.

‘Goddess’ is a new single out today which does a great job of using a pop and R&B foundation and adding a sprinkle of Bollywood style to create something a little different from the norm.

It’s bright, catchy and most importantly – fun. Fingers crossed ‘Bolly-pop’ catches on.

Jess Thristan single – ‘From Me To You’ (Beatles cover song) – Nov 27th

It seems a long time now since Jess Thristan first made an impact with her debut EP, but in truth it’s only been a year or two since this talented songwriter first appeared on the radar.

Since then, her soulful vocal and rootsy pop style has made her a promising commodity, with support from both local and national BBC radio outlets and a string of top releases to her name.

And now, with a debut full length LP on the way, Thristan has released new single ‘From Me To You’. You can hear the track – a Beatles cover – above, and stay on top of all the upcoming album news at http://www.jessthristan.co.uk/
